The pyramids!!!
I think there are places where everyone should go at least once in their life time, and this is one of them. To see the pyramids on the Giza plateau is something that can’t be explained in words. It’s just an experience you must do to be able to understand their meaning and the culture of the people who lived here thousands of years ago.
The experience is something that makes you get goosebumps, despite the 104°F temperature which clings to the early days of October.
Even the photos don’t do it justice! Once you are on the Giza plateau you will understand, because before your eyes there is so much history and grandeur.
Here is the famous mask from the Tutankhamun’s tomb, that by itself is worth the price of admission! Obviously you can’t take pictures in this room, but if you are in Cairo, do not miss this attraction…

Le piramidi!!!
Ci sono posti secondo me in cui tutti dovremmo andare almeno una volta nella vita, e questo è uno di quelli. Vedere le piramidi nella piana di Giza è una cosa che non si può spiegare a parole, è solo un’esperienza da fare per capire il loro significato e la cultura di una popolazione vissuta migliaia di anni fa.
Lo spettacolo che vi troverete davanti sarà qualcosa che vi farà venire la pelle d’oca nonostante i 40°C di inizio Ottobre
Anche le foto non rendono giustizia a ciò che si ha davanti agli occhi una volta che ci si trova nella piana di Giza davanti a così tanta storia e imponenza.
Immancabile è anche la visita al museo Egizio, ovviamente, per chi è stato in quello di Torino che è il secondo al mondo, tanto per capirci, questo è il primo e ci sarà un motivo!
Sono la tomba con la famosissima maschera di Tutankhamun vale da sola il prezzo del biglietto! Ovviamente non è possibile fare foto in quella sala del museo, ma se siete al Cairo non perdete questa attrazione..
